How do I update information on my certificate?

Complete a Support Request with the details of the error and upload your correct information or driver's license so we can verify your information. We'll correct the record and issue a new certificate if needed. 

*Please note that certificate corrections may be subject to a reprocessing fee, depending on the course and the nature of the correction.*
