The DMV or my insurance company says they don’t show my course completion in their system. What do I do?

Submit a Support Request and we can confirm whether your course completion was submitted to the appropriate state agency and provide documentation if needed. If you're visiting the DMV, bring your completion certificate with you as a backup while the electronic record is being verified. 

As a reminder, 

For the state of Florida, we electronically submit completion records to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) for the following courses:

• 4-Hour First Time Driver (TLSAE)
• Permit Knowledge Exam
• 4-Hour Basic Driver Improvement (BDI/Ticket Course)
• 12-Hour Advanced Driver Improvement (ADI)
• 6-Hour Driver Education Traffic Safety (DETS)
• 6-Hour Point & Insurance Reduction Program (PIRP)
• 5-Hour Pre-Licensing Course
• 6-Hour New Jersey Point & Insurance Reduction Course

*For all other Florida courses, you are responsible for submitting your certificate of completion to the appropriate agency, such as your insurance company, Clerk of Court, DMV, or any other organization that required you to complete the course.

For the state of New York, we electronically submit completion records to the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for:
