I have an out-of-state driver’s license and received a completion error

Receiving a completion error does not automatically mean your course is invalid. Some courses are configured to validate information using specific reporting formats, so students with an out-of-state driver's license may occasionally receive a completion error. If this happens, please submit a Support Request so we can verify the information you submitted, make any necessary corrections, and ensure your course completion is processed successfully so your certificate can be issued.
