I finished my course but received a completion error

A completion error usually means the system was unable to successfully report your course completion to the requesting agency due to a mismatch in the information provided.

This is most commonly caused by an incorrect driver's license number, citation or case number, county, or state entered during registration. If you receive a completion error, Submit a Support Request including all relevant information, and we'll review your information and help determine the next steps.
