I completed my course but have not received my certificate

For online courses, your digital certificate is typically available immediately after you successfully complete the course. *Restrictions apply*. 

*For NY PIRP, the certificate is required to be mailed.  

If your certificate is being mailed, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery. If it has been longer than 10 business days and you still haven't received it, please submit a Support Request We'll be happy to check the status of your certificate and resend it if necessary.
