It depends on the course type and state requirements. Some courses generate a downloadable certificate that you can access directly from your account.
For the NY PIRP course, a physical certificate is required and cannot be emailed.
Certificates for all Florida courses can be downloaded from your dashboard.
To download your certificate:
1. Go to asicourse.com and sign in
2. Click on the certificates tab 
3. Click download on the course you need the certificate for
