Do you submit my completion to the DMV or my insurance company?
*You are responsible for submitting your certificate of completion to your insurance company regardless of state.
For the state of Florida, we electronically submit completion records to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) for the following courses:
- 4-Hour First Time Driver (TLSAE)
- Permit Knowledge Exam
- 4-Hour Basic Driver Improvement (BDI/Ticket Course)
- 12-Hour Advanced Driver Improvement (ADI)
- 6-Hour Driver Education Traffic Safety (DETS)
*For all other Florida courses, you are responsible for submitting your certificate of completion to the appropriate agency, such as your insurance company, Clerk of Court, DMV, or any other organization that required you to complete the course.
For the state of New York, we electronically submit completion records to the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for:
- 5-Hour Pre-Licensing Course
- 6-Hour Point & Insurance Reduction Program (PIRP)
*You are responsible for submitting your certificate of completion to your insurance company.
For the state of New Jersey, we electronically submit completion records to the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) for:
- 6-Hour New Jersey Point & Insurance Reduction Course
